    Lack of management especially on the Operations side, lack of staff as well so work load is really ridiculous.

    The challengesMaybe they should put more staff so atleast people can work well. Others tend to skip work since the work load is really not justifiable.

    The good thingsMy employer supported me when I was pursuing my MBA degree. I very much appreciated their support and I have successfully finished my degree. They have also taught me to know my job well, they have financed my training in Vietnam so that I could fully be knowledgeable about my job responsibilities.
    The challengesThe challenges that I've faced is very tough almost everyday we have to go render overtime just to finish our job. Especially when it's the end of the month sometimes we do not go home because of the strict deadlines.
