    Multi-cultural school but
The good thingsMulti-cultural community and you can understand different backgrounds & nationalities of people.
The challengesNeed to deal different behaviors, custom, beliefs & work process. If your into close type of community then this is not your workplace. You must respect personal spaces & cultures. Training & development for non-teaching staff here are lacking. Majority of the training resources are concentrated to the teachers & academic group.

    Great place to work
The good thingsA friendly, multinational environment with supportive colleagues and administration. Plenty of free opportunities for professional development. Class sizes are relatively small, usually under 20 students, and fairly manageable.
The challengesDepending on the classes you support, some teachers are easier to work with, and some less so. There are less opportunities for advancement and promotion, again depending on your field.

Great privilege and opportunity to work here.
The good thingsDifferent teaching strategy which is very healthy to the students. Good and safe environment. The teaching is more collaborative and comprehensive. The curriculum really taught the student on how to maximize their time and how to use of their electronic gadgets to help them in their learning.
The challengesIt took me sometime to adjust because a the vast variety of the culture and race of the students and teachers in the school.
