    The good thingsFriendly co-workers. Good for newbies but doesn't give equal opportunities for career development.
    The challengesThe company doesn't value their employees much. I've been working for 3yrs already but my wage is still minimum without incentives. My visor doesn't even count 30mins as overtime (We always exceed 30mins or more everyday) OT will just be counted if you exceed an hour.
