I am happy as a teacher to be at home in IBA family where your voice and wellness matters.
The good thingsThe salary might not be very high but benefits are very competitive. After one year of employment, teachers are given health insurance, life insurance, vacation and sick leave credits, and best of all, summer pay and we don"t have to report in school during summer. If we have summer teaching post then it will be additional pay/income. There is good camaraderie in the school community.
The challengesSince it has still a small student population, the number of teaching preparations is usually more than 2, depending on subject area. Good ting though is we usually have only 20 teaching hours per week. Books are mostly from UK so we need to familiarize ourselves first but management is very accommodating.

I'm happy working with people at IBA since the time I started here.
The good thingsAlthough salary is not very high, I'm still thankful because it compensate our daily necessities, besides, free health card, meal allowance, insurance were provided free. And most important, there is tuition fee priviledge or our kids.
The challengesThere were times when my work may feel isolating, to help me feel connected, I did my best to perform well my task. I established good relationships within my co employees and of course with my superior. Positive relationships will help me be more productive as an employee of IBA.

"Family culture" and very good "benefits" package
The good thingsIn my more than 5 years of stay at IBA, I have seen it grow and still growing despite the challenges. It takes care of its teachers with benefits like summer pay without having to work or report in school, free health insurance, and life insurance among others. Teachers are encouraged to be part of school's development plan. There is a small class size and most parents, if not all, work well with the school. The school is still growing and many things still has to be developed or improved but everyone is given the freedom to suggest and voice out their views and opinion, especially if it will for the welfare of the students. IBA has this nurturing environment which will make you feel at home.
The challengesSince it is still a small school in terms of student population, the number of teaching preparations will range from 2-5.

What a let down pretending to be an international school but low standards
The good thingsI enjoyed working with kids and it is my passion.
The challengesThe management is not in-touched with their teaching staff and the training standards given is low. Expect heavy workload without additional compensation.

I have great experience in working at Rayos-Valentine Hospital Inc it motivated me to build my self confidence and to have new knowledge gor me as an individual.
The good thingsI enjoyed my colleagues and meet new friends their. I gained my trust and respect with myself and to others. And being able to stand on my own. And the company was given me a chance to prove to my self that I can do an admin works and to be an HR compliance.
The challengesI think the challenge in this company is my salary because sometimes I don't know how to stretch my budget as being a single mother.
