    It was just okay
    The good thingsProduction workers are easy to deal with and most of them are friendly. Good exposure to authentic design of furniture. Pushed for professional growth and multi-tasking.
    The challengesThe management organizational structure keeps on changing and too many bosses to follow. The pressure in coping up the workload is too high with no enough resources to push through. The system being being used is not that utilized.
