    Everything right about working here
    The good thingsEverybody is friends with everybody. You will have no problem with getting along with everybody as they will treat you nicely. The TLs and other supervisors are very accomodating and helpful.
    The challengesFor someone like me who is easily stressed out, you might face the same challenges as me as depending on the account that you will handle. I was tasked to handle payments in large amounts and I was very stressed about making sure that I don't mess up and jeopardize my whole team.

    The challengesPrioritizes external hires and very low chances of internal promotion. Management is very poor and cannot be viewed as a proper leadership role or source for inspiration. Does not provide encouragement and is overall very poor.

    My IGT experience was a great experience not only because I became familiar with everybody, but because the working environment was accommodating too.

    The challengesI didn’t really have one. Working at IGT was a great experience for me. It was a ten minute jeep net ride away from where I am living and that was my favorite part.
