    The good thingsThe company provides a continues education through seminars and training. The work field is suitable for all engineering and the company has good standards. The employees are all accommodating and friendly. Interbev Philippines continuously improve through the leadership of young engineers in the company.
    The challengesThe challenging part is the Production Engineering because it has different sections handling bottling lines, water treatment, boilers, waste water treatment and process lines. The Utility section alone covers a wide range of engineering related works. This is the most interesting section in the company.
