    The good thingsThe BOD (Board of Directors) is great! The CEO is really inspiring and you will learn a lot from her. She is like walking wisdom and she is fair in her judgment, and managing people and the company. The culture of the company is homy. The coworkers are kind and friendly. You can freely express yourself and your ideas especially in front of the CEO. It is easy to get a loan through their COOP and this is really a great plus, especially for the employees who have an emergency situation. In addition to giving quarterly bonuses, they also give gifts every Christmas and are ready to help you during times of personal crisis (I know this from my colleagues who have experienced it). Working at IOI is like working within one big family where you can earn, share stories, laugh, sweat, and accomplish goals together.
