    Amongst the companies that I have worked for, this company has the best culture thus far.
    The good thingsThe pragmatic solution to any issue makes problem solving more doable for all concerned parties/individuals. Semi-annual objectives with quarterly review enable the department and the individual to adjust plans and programs to suit the current situations. Interaction between departments is commendable. Sincerity of each department to help is evident. Flexibility is one of the assets of this company.
