    Well-rested, energized, and thriving.
    The good thingsThe best part for me is the 4-day workweek, which allows for better work-life balance. The working environment here is truly great. As a first-time worker, I feel that iO is the best choice for me. They provide hands-on training through IO Academy and show genuine care for the well-being of their employees.

    The good thingsAtmosphere, office upkeep, great onboarding experience, and generally an amiable atmosphere. There are opportunities to learn and grow. FOUR-DAY WORK WEEK!
    The challengesI love that we have a 4-day work week, but we have to work 10 hours per day. Not bad, but it can still be tiring at times.

    The good thingsThe management (PH) leadership team is highly competent; though they are relatively young, they do have their way of supporting, listening to, and actually serving the team members. Despite certain limitations, they make sure to always make sure the team members are heard and recognized.
    The challengesSince this is a midsize and startup company that is aggressively growing and competing with the industry, team members may feel too stressed, pressured, and burned out from time to time.

    A growing company with a great work environment
    The good thingsThe company is small but strives to listen to the concerns of the employees which really shows how they care for them. I also like how the management team can be easily approached by anyone. It reassures employees that they really respect our opinions and suggestions. The management is supportive when you want to expand or explore career development opportunities. Work life balance is also something that the company promotes.
    The challengesThe working time is on a mid-shift which can be a challenge from someone who came from a normal working shift. The shift does have pros like you can do errands in the morning but cons such as when the day is really tiring and you would be arriving very late at home can be someone energy draining. Benefits still have a long way to go.

    The good thingsThere are a lot of good things working for the company such as the open communication we have with Management; the staff are treated in a professional manner. The Management is also concerned at as to the employees welfare and well being.
    The challengesAs we work UK time, I find the hours challenging though this concern is outweighed by the positive outlook of the company.

    Working in Unfamiliar Territory
    The good thingsI was really nervous at first my job right now is far different from my previous job, I must say that it is really Unfamiliar Territory for me and I don't have any background at all when it comes to this job, but thanks to those people who've been there and teach me all the things I need to know and to the company because they trusted me, in addition, my co-employees, as well as the Management, observed proper Decorum which is really good also, so far this company is one of the best company here in Subic Bay, I must say.

    The good thingsEveryone is accommodating - you will feel from your very first day that you are part of the team, if ever you encounter difficulties, there's always a helping hand with your co-workmates who are experienced already in the field whom you can ask for help.

    To date, and in general, I couldn't think of any other better employer in Subic Bay/Olongapo.
    The good thingsThe company has a paperless culture and the systems used are very advanced, making the work less stressful than the usual accounting work in the PH. The company also give importance to its core values, a thing often neglected by other PH companies.
    The challengesAs it is still a start up company, there are a lot of things for improvement in many aspects. But in my opinion, such is also part of what makes it good. In addition, I find adjusting with the schedule a challenge also since accountants are used to work in the mornings.
