The challengesDuring my stay with the company, I observed several red flags within the work environment, particularly in relation to leadership and how team members are managed. Even on my first day, these concerns were already noticeable. However, I chose to give the company a fair chance, hoping that the situation would improve over time.
Unfortunately, as months passed, the same issues persisted, and in some cases became more evident. The lack of consistent support, communication, and professionalism from Leads negatively affected morale and overall work experience.
I truly hoped for positive change, but the ongoing work environment ultimately influenced my decision to move on. I share this feedback with the intention that it may help the company reflect, improve leadership practices, and create a healthier and more supportive environment for future employees.
