    The good thingsThe people are personable. Some are driven; others are just there for the job.
    The challengesWhile organization trumpets its being innovative and creative, processes are very-much paper-driven; TAT is very slow because of hierarchy.

    Awesome life-work balance, best benefits.
    The good thingsFlexi work hours, only weekdays work. The benefits are always the best because it is a government office. lots of bonuses aside from your basic salary. Career growth, yes! Aside from that, you can really feel that the office cares for it's employees unlike in the private sector that is purely profit motivated.
    The challengesThe basic salary is not that high for the lower positions but as i said, you'll get bonuses and allowance.
