It was all good until TP arrived
The good thingsThe work place, the employees you are working with, and the surrounding environment of the building.
The challengesChallenges you would encounter for a pioneer account but it was bearable if you see it in another perspective not on an agent level. All went disarray when it was acquired by another company.

The challengesChallenges would be none. I had a great time with the company. There are only personal matters that I should take care that is why I resigned.

My experience and knowledge are my best platform that i could provide to my next company,
The good thingsThe good thing that i love to work here is the environment are very friendly and there is a career growth as well to those aspirant employee wants to promote in a next level. So that i highly Recommend this company to my friends if they were trying to look for a job as well.
The challengesI think there is no room for any Easy working even in other bpo companies, because we all know that eveything that has work related issues need to strive or workhard to fulfill what the company needs to fulfill. If the management wants a higher metrics then be it, as an employer we have to manage ourselves to reach whatever the management wants from us. We have to work for it Also.

The good thingsThey provide a good respect with colleagues and in terms of good benefits. Good management and a friendly environment and equal relationship behaviors towards people's interest and always giving a good training environment towards newbies and giving refresher training to the tenure agents.
The challengeschallenges in new ideas that can enhance the company to grow higher with its profitability and stability of the business industry. Give more benefits which makes all employees could be benefited and improve well on their work environment.

The good thingsThey're not delayed with payouts in fact they release it a day before the actual payout or early hours of the actual day of payout. If you want to have experience in financial accounts they're a good company to start with.
The challengesThey don't provide medcards until after 6 months. A lot of people turns out absent every payout which makes your work load double and very stressful especially vwhen your handling people bank accounts and too little accommodating in terms of reaching workforce and human resources.

    So Far so Good
The good thingsThe people. The workload is not that heavy, but still has pressure and stress that you can expect from a company, LOB and account that you are in. The SME's a nd TLs are approachable. They'll give you the enough training that you will need before OJT. Opportunities for career development is \"I think\" attainable. Working environment is good because they are now situated in a New Building in Mckinley West. So everything looks good and New!
The challengesA bit stressful (sometimes) just like in a normal company. The benefits and perks are just normal or average I should say. I'm in a dayshift account so there's no night diff at all. Their HMO it just SO normal. You have to shell out money if you're planning to add a dependent.

    Work=Fun
The good thingsThe people you work with and the working environment itself is great. Considering that I work for a finacial account, the stress that most of the employees have her is almost next to nothing. The salary package and benefits that we have might not be as extravagant as the others but the experience that we have whilst working is priceless.
    The challengesNone so far.

I have learned a lot of things.
The good thingsThe good thing is that they have trainers that will train you effectively to be confident in your job as a Financial Advisor. Support Team that will help you for Queries that your not familiar of, and also Team Leads that will be very supportive and helpful all throughout the shift. They have Managers that is easy to talk with if u have any issues or difficulties in your job, like for example schedules and leave.
The challengesThe only challenge i had was to keep my energy in tack especially when there is a heavy volumes of call, where just human and we all feel tired and tend to lose energy.. good thing there will always someone in the team that will be there to cheer u up, and brightens the shift up

    Lenient bosses
The good thingsYou can never take away stress when in comes to a call center job. This is my first job, And Intelenet gave a good jump start on my career. My bosses inspired me and gave me a reason to aim more than what I think I could be, without putting pressure on me.
The challengesThe account I am with is operating 24/7, Thus, All employees under it must be flexible in terms of schedule. The shifting schedule may be at it's worst depending on the client's demands and OT' s are most of the time needed to fill out missing hours. But you'll definitely feel how supportive the bosses are specially when they need people to go on OT. Those who render OT are rewarded for their hard work.
