    The challengesPoor management. Some leaders are incompetent. Unfair and undeserved promotions. No chance of career growth. They will work you until you get sick. They don't listen and care for their agents.

    Overall, a greenflag!
    The good thingspeers, colleagues, and the higher ups are all warm and friendly. havent experienced delay in salary. and the wfh and midshift set up is really a plus.

    Awesome work environment.
    The good thingsFree food is amazing. Free internet connection, desktop computer when working from home, while free door to door shuttle service when onsite.
