I learned the operation flow of an Automation for a revenue parking system
The good thingsI've learned a lot! I can try many things and ideas at my own without supervision I can do my own way and techniques in troubleshooting and if I need assistance the company will assist me on the spot.
The challengesSometimes I need to use my own motorcycle to go to the place where I need to troubleshoot, and its hard to manage whole parking system alone when there a many parker are entering the site, specially if my co tech is absent or at he is on day off, but its okay for me if you love your love you will enjoy it.

    A very promising company.
The good thingsThe company is in good hands and presently well-managed.
The challengesThe chance that the work attitude of the company will return to old ways if the present management will transfer. Consistency is a challenge.

My experience as a DEALER COORDINATOR ----
The good thingsIf your in sales you have 3% commission from total sales less installation. If you want to have this you should get more client and also work hard, give your best in communicating to your client and also make sure all the prices and the best.
The challengesThe challenge that I encountered in this company is in appraisal. Its difficult to ask increase. The employee should give a request letter then sign by your head. But if your head will not approved there is no possibility to have the appraisal. But if your head sigh your request that the time your letter send to HR the owner/president. But most of the time appraisal is declined.
