    The good thingsWell, I enjoyed working at IMS because they have great management, employees, and benefits. Also the company is not that strict, but even though they are not that strict you should always know your role in the company.
    The challengesI could say that there were no challenges working at IMS, the management does not pressure you to do this and that. But they are a bit expectant about your performance
