The challengesThe management is too conservative; would not invest on people for skill improvement or innovations that are needed by an IT company. While the relational culture is encouraging, it's difficult to challenge other harmful culture that was already set in the company, such as that the Sales group is the priority whenever there are decisions to be made on a large scale.
