Great technical learning opportunities overshadowed by outdated management practices and overlapping responsibilities. The good thingsWorking here has been a great opportunity for technical learning and professional growth. I particularly enjoyed the hands-on experience in process automation and optimization, which significantly enhanced my engineering skills. The supportive and understanding coworkers made the work environment pleasant and collaborative.
The challengesOne of the main challenges was dealing with outdated IT tools and software, which often hindered efficiency. Additionally, the management’s reluctance to adopt modern technologies and innovative ideas was frustrating. There were also issues with delayed and incomplete payrolls, long working hours (48 hours a week), and limited overtime pay. The overlapping tasks, such as handling purchase tracking, negotiating with suppliers, and performing sales duties, added to the workload and complexity of my role as a design engineer.
