    It's is a very good start for a newbies. Nice people around
    The good thingsI grew professionally, especially in some basic Customers Service. Here is my previous job . I learn to improve my grammar and I really enjoy working virtually and meeting some friends, I recall some basic technical troubleshooting when it comes to computer errors and defects. I applied my skills to the BPO company which is really I enjoyed and I want more companies whose values are in line with my skills and experience are great and amazing. I want to continue my passion for dealing with people where I can render a world-class service
    The challengesThe one that I did not enjoy is everything goes back to working onsite.

    Training was great but in Production everything went haywire because of Management
    The good thingsMy Trainer also turned Team Leader was very good at giving information about our daily tasks. Making everyday job a bit better in terms of experience.
    The challengesThe benefits and perks suck. The salary was low, especially with how difficult the job was, we were tasked to do everything in our 8-hour shift which was not typical in other companies.

    Great to Start but not in a long run
    The good thingsExperience in this company is a great way to start your career in BPO. As they will enchance our skills more. But, this is not the best company to stay in for. It can just be your stepping stone for newbies.
    The challengesSchedules are the worst, Salary is the most lowest and not very competitive unlike others. Info and tools are also overflowing and too much.
