    Subpar compensation for maximized workloads
    The good thingsExperience is very good, forces you to adapt and learn project management as well handling clients. Co-worker are also very nice to work with.
    The challengesThe compensation is subpar for the work you do. There is very little appreciation for work. And the top management provides a very stressful environment towards workers
