    Nice a good start for a refresher. But you have need to be more aggressive and patient.
    The good thingsYou will enjoy it if you have work on purpose. If you work hard, you will get bonuses.
    The challengesYou have to double time on your work. They are more concerned about their profit than their employee safety. The company keeps implementing rules.

    The good thingsOverall, Its a good company! Salaries and incentives are competitive. Management is great. You just have to make sure that you excelled with what you are doing. It is great for learning new experiences. Highly recommended!

    I had an excellent experience working with this company; I just wish that they priority their employee's health.
    The good thingsExcellent office, and good environment. Leads were given, company phone is provided. They give commissions and additional incentive. The deputy manager assigned in Ph is easy to talk to same with the colleagues. My communication skills are really practiced that would also benefit me in work productivity and efficiency.
    The challengesYou really have to work yourself on, because no one will really monitor your work performance. You have to be determined and do your own strategy and must be willing to work under minimal supervision. Other challenge I've encountered is the distance to my homeplace.
