The challengesI think it is more on a system upgrade, comprehensive training for new employees. A legit human resource department to manage everyone's performance and attitude towards work since the company doesn't have an HR who is physically located here in the Phils. A fair performance evaluation and salary appraisal. An additional benefits for all employees same as those from other big BPO companies.
