    Co-workers were the best! As if you are not working in a serious office set-up
    The good thingsCo-workers--they are like family to me My job --- It was like a training ground. Hindi isusubo sa iyo ang learnings. Ikaw mismo ang hahanap ng solusyon. Sarili mong diskarte. Sa ganitong paraan, matuto ka. Ang maganda sa company na ito, yearly ang increase. Unlike sa ibang company na malaki ang binibigay na starting salary pero napakabagal ng increase. Stagnat kung baga. Dito, di ka maiinip. Bukod annual increase, may mid-year bonus pa. Career growth--mabilis ang career growth lalo na sa mga areas tulad ng engineering, QA at sales. Yung mga kasabayan kong pumasok, head na ngayon ng mga departments nila. Magandang opportunity sa mga gustong magkaroon ng starting career. Opportunities abroad--Marami-rami na kaming employees na na-train abroad (like singapore, vietnam at thailand) Nabigyan ng opportunities ang QA, Engineering at Sales. Recently, DDC namin ang naipadala sa Japan for Convention.
    The challengesThe Management. Positive at negative ito. Positive kasi matututo ka on how to deal with the big bosses. Paano mo idedepensa ang sarili mong opinyon sa kanila.

    Fulfilling and good stepping block for new professionals seeking experience for career growth.
    The good thingsIt's good working here for experience, I got the opportunity to be exposed in a production setting environment and developed my technical and communication skills which is very useful and important for future career.
    The challengesOne of my main challenge is long extended working hours specially when an item is rush or need to meet a deadline of production. Also, lack of certified career enhancement training and attractive compensation for employees.

    A lot of things to know
    The good thingsBenefits that are also competitive. The experience of having mentor that will boost your confidence. The whole thing in you will change (positive) because of the environment they have. The only company I know that you can easily talk to the people who are in the higher positions.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working in inoac learning new things and applying my knowledges . Its a great experience working in inoac .
    The challengesThe challenges that we encountered was when we are developing products. Also im handling the critical products. Such as film items . Challenge is always there its up to you how to handle it .
