    Not recommended! I would advise against considering this company. It's reportedly a stressful workplace, despite claims of work-life balance. The company appears to lack empathy toward its employees and has issues with timely compensation, particularly regarding final payouts to former staff members. They seem to enforce their own internal rules, which don't align with government-mandated policies and regulations. Moreover, the management staff aren't responsive to employees' queries; they only want you to follow their own rules. That's all. Please avoid this company.

    AVOID THIS COMPANY! You'l encounter lots of stress here!
    The good thingsI don't remember any good things with this company.
    The challengesFirst of all, you need to time in/out whenever you go outside the office. There are camera's everywhere! Even in the pantry there is one. There is also a deduction if you come in late - really there is no flexi time in this IT company. They will make their own rules also, i.e giving out the 13th month. No career growth.
