I want to retire in this kind of company!
The good thingsPeople here are very accommodating. There's a lot of events and perks for employees. Micromanaging is not a thing here!
The challengesNone. I'm satisfied for now.

The good thingsEvery little things is appreciated and recognize. the company has a per 1st half rice subsidy, a incentive bonuses and a 13th month pay, HMO and a company car.
The challengesstarting from the district managers to sales counterpart, National Sales Manager and even the Business Unit head are all approachable including the HR department.

    Learning Opportunities
The good thingsDuring my time there, I was given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks, which resulted in me expanding my knowledge and skill set.
The challengesI am writing to voice my concern about the workload I have been taking on lately. Despite the increased demand on my time and expertise, my compensation has not reflected the amount of work I have been putting in. I understand the need to be cost-efficient, but I believe that my hard work should be fairly compensated. It is not sustainable for me to continue taking on more responsibility without receiving a commensurate increase in salary.
