The good thingsCo-employees were good to work with.
The challengesTakes too long to be eligible for some benefits. At some companies, you'll be eligible for benefits within 6 months, but in IPI, you will have your paid leaves etc once you reached your first year. Also, no paid covid-19 leaves for non-regular employees.

Not a good company to work with
The good thingsThe pay is good, HR is accommodating, client company on my project was great. Can't say the same to the company itself.
The challengesProcesses are slow, you have to follow-up persisently just to move forward.

The good thingsGood things in life while working in this particular company should always start in a positive way by greeting everyone in this company and asking how is their daily routine in regards to their different responsibilities in respective field itself. How can also reflect the work that have done during the past few days or weeks also as a respective employee or member of the organization.
The challengesTheir different challenges as an employee or staff that can be face while join in this company especially when a member or staff is an outsourcing and assigned in different clients by showing how can apply those knowledges that you have and also how it can build to other clients as part of everyday working routing itself. And lastly, you can do the best that you have as one of the main roles.

My project was cut short by 5 months. Only worked for a month
The good thingsWork From Home. Flexitime. Not a whole lot of good things to say about the company. Considering that my tenure with the project was only 4 weeks and that on the 5th week I was informed that my time will be cut short. Only writing this so I can post my review on the company.
The challengesMy project was cut short without being given any explanation by IPI as to why other than telling me that the company is switching focus. I've been told that I will be in floating status and will be given a new assignment when one becomes available. Unfortunately based on my conversation with the lead Vendor Manager, their success rate for finding a new assignment is zero and that I am better off finding new job on my own.

The challengesThe challenges is that when you can't reach the entire quota of the month ,but i kept on my mind that on the next month i can do to reach the quota .And when there are some missing in my items because i will be the one to charge for it in short i will be the one to pay ,in dollar amount.

The good thingsThis review is coming from an INTERNAL employee. The rank and file employees are good to work with. Work life balance is observed inside. The salary is given properly, sometimes two days ahead of time.
The challengesThis review is coming from an INTERNAL employee.
Based on my experience, the management inside the organization is NOT good. The managers are power tripping and basically, they don't know about the RIGHT LEADERSHIP, they don't know how to manage the people and train them well. The managers here wants a PUPPET or a ROBOT, but not a competitive employee. If you are someone who is looking for a career growth and a good management, AVOID THIS COMPANY. You have been warned.

The good thingsThey really care about their employees, wages are really good and so are the people there. Flexible and work on your availability. more chance to learn and develop in other departments. Management keeps on planning strategies for the benefit of the employees and the company.
The challengesNot much training from beginning. You have to learn yourself in your job. not good collaboration between the departments ie sales and customer relation which caused difficulties while dealing with customers. You have to deal yourself directly to fix problem. But process is improving.

The good thingsMost of the co-workers are okay. You'd get to adjust easily with the work environment, some would treat you as family that type of feel. Will stretch your creativity and resilience to get your job done. If you're looking for challenges that this company would help you with that.
The challengesSalary and Perks are too low with the type of job you'd encounter here. In my time the salary was just enough to meet you end to end needs. There are some people who would to power trips and their position to get to you.
