The company resources is limited that you learn to be resourceful and creative. l have met positive and well motivated individuals that molded me to be appreciative of what I have. They provide various training that would help you master your craft. The organization gives opportunity for you to learn the flow of different departments.
The challengesWork load is the main challenge for me. The company expected me to be a well rounded individual where the employee should interact professionally in different departments and the organization's stakeholders. Employees are expected to perform out of limited resources and sometimes ideas where not supported that well by the management.
