    The good thingsEnjoying working with maybe just three people, the others were horrible.
    The challengesHR and Corporate were the absolute worst in keeping clear communications, no training was provided and we were put into a job where we're supposed to "figure it out"

    It's really a fine experience to work with Informatics not really excellent but it's fine.
    The good thingsThe proximity of the workplace from my place and a lot of IT stuffs. The skills that I might learn while working here is something that is really appealing to me. Another thing is the attitude of the employer, the attitude of our immediate boss is something I should be grateful.
    The challengesI don't know maybe there should be a constant meeting to check if the employees are in alignment with the company's goal.

    Learned to be independent but needs improvement in management
    The good thingsI learned how to be independent and improved my communication skills through teaching and lecturing, was able to explore my capabilities by studying new programming language, was able to enjoy my time with my students by spending time with them through my classes and training, I was able to grow there during the duration of my stay.
    The challengesManagement needs improvement such as Human Resource Department, and Accounting, wage was very low even as someone with the skill sets that should be given appreciation, the sales was a bit unprofessional and the management do not take good care of their lecturers and students, business centered instead of education and improvement of students, equipment are a bit out dated and low class.

    Perfect for 1st timers
    The good thingsThis company helps me a lot to experience the wide range of accounting experience. I was able to practice the whole accounting tasks. It was great working here. The employees are also nice especially the accounting people. Until now even though we wont see each other often I am glad were all still friends.
    The challengesI find it difficult there to manage their funds. Because of shortage in funds sometimes I do not know what to prioritize in terms of paying. I do not even know what to reasons out to suppliers following up for payment. And also with the accounting system that they have its hard to input in detail the OR per month coz its a lot.

    The challengesCould have done better if the employer trains first their faculty before going to teach certain subjects (or course) to company clients.
