    It's a worthwhile challenge
    The good thingsMy boss typically encourages me not to perform any tasks during holidays or rest days unless I deem them an emergency. Almost all of my other colleagues know how to respect this, and I value their patience with me. You are also highly encouraged to look for training and seminars at the expense of the company in order to improve your performance and skillset. This comes as a benefit both to yourself and the company.
    The challengesThere will always be times when things need to be completed on short notice, and you really need to adapt to the pace. Time and effort management will be key in order to avoid burnout.
