Challenging but fun time it is!
The good thingsGreat team. The work environment is really good. Salary and benefits are not bad for a foreign branch here in the Philippines. Korean Managers and Local Staffs work well together.
The challengesCulture differences. But if you're up to new learnings, this will not be a problem.
