inDinero CebuThe good thingsThe company has good core values.
The equipments issued to new employees are brand new.
The hiring process is fast to average.
The company is willing to invest on its new employees in Cebu for training in Makati (since at the moment they are still building their Cebu team).
The President is young and very approachable, and can relate to its employees.
The challengesSadly, no work life balance at all. Although it was advertised in their webpage that they are promoting work life balance, this was not true in their Cebu office. There was just non-stop work, with forced unpaid daily OT to at least 2 hours.
