company's shift to non-native management led to the exodus of top talent, replaced by a failing team that lacked expertise, misused KPIs, and fostered a toxic culture where effort was paid but never valued.
The good thingsThe good things left the company in 2023 when the non-native team management entered the space and a less competitive delivery center became more dominant.
The challengesThey started firing most of the high-performing leads, seniors, managers, and subject matter experts, leaving us with pips from another failing team who are clueless about the subject matter and foster an unproductive toxic professional culture. Not using the KPI properly. Your effort and skills will be paid but will never be well appreciated.

    Good salary; bad management
The good thingsSalary is competitive indeed. HMO is also good. HR people are accommodating to your inquiries.
The challengesNo processes defined. No documentations or whatsoever. Everything needs to be started from scratch. Messy management due to language barrier between the two delivery centers.
