    The good thingsLucky if you belong to the management level but if you are from the rank and file category, the tendency is that they won't be able to workout your salary increase as well as the other benefits eventhough you have a good performance evaluation score.

    The challengesBosses usually shouts when they don't get what they want or if you commit any errors. Which in return will add stress, Not your ideal working environment. Strong office politics are prominent as well. Doesn't give value and support to their employees welfare.

    The good thingsgood - friendly people inside the company. opportunities working in cats is a good start up and the management it self is very helpful in guiding their employee, work is hard compare at the others but the end of the day its good path on you back.

    The good thingsHonestly, I was not able to get the job. But I wanted to share that I had a nice experience applying here because I was invited for an interview just a couple of hours or less after I submitted my application. The HR even sent me a text message to confirm. And when I called the HR mobile number, she was very accommodating. Lastly, when I told her that I am pregnant, she declined in a nice way.
    The challengesMy only challenge is that I am pregnant and I feel like I have less chance to be hired not only by CATS Motors, Inc. but almost all the companies out there. But I am still hoping that somebody will hire and give me a chance to be part of their company and earn for my baby.

    The good things15 days sick leave and 15 days vacation leave with pay. good management. working environment is good. 9 a.m.- 6 p.m. working time is good for me.
    The challengesif customer want a work to be done you have to work it overnight until work is done without sleeping. if the customer give you a 1000 peso tip all body pains will be gone.
