    Good pay but could use some more meat. Lots of room to grow!
    The good thingsRemote! Hiring process and onboarding were straightforward. HR and admins were very open and accommodating. The scale is not that big yet so you can get to know a lot of people behind the scenes and those working with other clients. This also makes it easy to reach out to people directly instead of going through layers of bureaucracy.
    The challengesGood pay but more perks, benefits, and PTO credits would be great. While the teams are not yet large, we could use some more engagements as a community be it technical or just fun stuff every now and then as early as now.

    The good thingsI’ve enjoyed the supportive team environment and the flexibility offered through the hybrid work setup. The people are approachable, and there’s a strong sense of collaboration, which makes day‑to‑day work enjoyable.

    Overall, my experience has been positive, with competitive benefits, a flexible hybrid setup.
    The good thingsThe company offers great benefits such as free lunch when reporting on site, a hybrid work setup, and free coffee and snacks in the office. They also provide work-from-home equipment. Salary is released on time and the compensation is competitive. Employees are also covered with HMO including one dependent on the first day of employment. The hybrid setup allows flexibility and helps maintain a balance between work and personal life. There are also opportunities to learn new skills, tools, and processes that help employees grow professionally. The workplace is comfortable and conducive to productivity, and the company recognizes employee efforts and contributions. Overall, the company appears stable and provides reliable employment.

The team has been welcoming and collaborative, always willing to share knowledge and offer guidance. I also appreciate the company’s benefits package, which reflects a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing, along with the opportunities for growth and professional development. Overall, it’s been a positive and rewarding experience.

    The good thingsStrong onboarding experience. HR consistently checks in, gathers feedback, and ensures we receive the support needed from the client to perform our tasks effectively. HR support is highly accessible and responsive. High‑quality equipment setup, including dual monitors, a USB/HDMI hub, and a noise‑cancelling headset.
    The challengesI have had no major challenges so far. Overall, things are great. It would be even better if there were an opportunity to offer additional paid leave.

    The challengesComparing from previous experience: 1. Low leave credits as compared to previous employers. 2. 13th month pay is distributed throughout the year instead of one big payout. 3. HMO conversion to cash for overage dependent is also distributed per fortnight. No mention in the contract that it was supposed to be like that instead of one payout.
