    Okay for learning, terrible for long-term.
    The good things-The friends you make -The industry potential
    The challenges-Stuck on low salary. Increase is not fixed. Only when they feel like it (which is rare) -Very low reimbursement rate -Maintenance of facilities used by regular employees are often disregarded -Health protocols -No parking space for regular employees -Not the friendliest HR

    The good things- Gave enough time for the employee to be on-board in the company as the given position - Gave complete and thorough instructions on given tasks - Gave assistance and good supervision when needed - Provided training when needed
