    The good thingsThe good co-workers/group/team. We treat each other as 1 family. One of the things that will make you stay here. BUT not all team/group are great. Beware on OPU department local head manager is toxic.
    The challengesThe Korean nature (but not all). Some think themselves as perfect and they know everything and don't accept failure. And the work and family life here is not balance. They will push you to work even on weekends and holidays!!!

    Great bosses
    The good thingsGreat Bosses or should I say leaders. VCM Equipment local manager was a good leader and very understanding. No work pressure. Also Korean managers are the best. They consider their employees as a family member
    The challengesOnly the salary and benefits. but they are trying to give as much as they can to provide employee's request (like basketball court or playing place)

    IM is good for Entry Level
    The good thingsWorking environment is very good. You can freely decide how you perform your jobs. Most of the people here are very supportive. They encourage and help you for you to reach your full potential. Its like having a 2nd family.
    The challengesKorean managers should have a common system and follow it. Oftentimes their decisions are not consistent. What they decided before can be changed tomorrow. With that we are left second guessing what will be the decisions next time. Can not understand why instead of perks being added through time here perks are lessened.
