It was a very productive year of learning and experiencing what I have learn theoretically at my studies.The good thingsI enjoy the company of each workers very appreciative and responsive to others need of learning to promote a better result of working. I do appreciate how higher colleagues in solving difficult situations that I have adapted to my skills. Learning is a big step to a better and best performance that I do appreciate it at my stay in this company working with the people around me.
The challengesThe facilities are not that quite impressive though the machines are good. The style of an old type management with a lack of technology help is not that well develop.
