    The challengesMany employees leave after their day 1. You have 4 weeks of training with them but it is not systematized so you will be confused. Employees that are staying here for 3+ years already are leaving.

    No SALARY Increase
    The good thingsHave bidet in CR. Approachable managers and colleagues.
    The challengesBeen staying in the company for almost 3+ years but no salary increase. Had contributed major modules in the system but our salary has been so low. CEO doesn't want to hear our request and reviews but he always insist us to wait for a change! I HOPE HE READ THIS MESSAGE. All of the devs there will agree to what this review says. Not good for long term employment better find other better companies out there. HR is tasked to find managers from outside the organization. The management do not even give chance to employees that are staying in this company for almost 3+ years! No growth.

    My first company and first job
    The good thingsThis is my first job, I love working here since day1, it's easy to get along with my Co-workers even the managers. Higher-ups are approachable and there are no pressure working here. There will also be a 4weeks training with allowance that will help you to be ready for work, there are a lot of things that can be learn from here.
