Toxic company culture. I do not recommend this company.
The good thingsA lot of challenges.
The challengesToxic company culture. Office politics is too high. High attrition rate. Only tenure employee are so boastful as if they own the company. No system and lack on process.

Working with them is a kind of terrible experience.
The good thingsWorking with a staff that wants to become successful in hospitality or restaurant management by sharing knowledge and the opportunity of having a job.
The challengesUpper Management lack of support in every branch especially with the needs of their employee. Very irrational in giving decisions and constant sudden changes of memos.

    customer always first.
The good thingsallowing yourself to be part of a food industry is one of the best experience in life especially you are able and capable of dealing customers. my work experienced to a fine dine restaurant made myself proud. allowing myself to attain the objective of our store especially customers.
The challengesi could not say I didn't enjoy my work there. I mean being part in that company is already an achievement to me. They taught so many things that could help me in my next work. Maybe it would be better if the company will show some value on the workers.
