    Small company with small gains
    The good things- Good working environment - Well distributed workload to employees - Possible opportunities to travel and work abroad - Good benefits for a small company(E.g. Leave credits, HMOs, etc.)
    The challenges- Poor career development - Travel abroad but with binding contract to the company - No advancement in technical knowledge in your field of work. - No actual design engineering work that is being done. - Poor starting salary
