If your health is your priority, don't work hereThe good thingsI've worked in iGen for quite a long time. And I must say, I've learned a lot when it comes to web development, and I'm very thankful about that.
The challengesBut, if you really love your health. Do not work here. The unorganized management for handling projects makes a product development so toxic. They will change the mockup in the middle of the development. You will also be facing some mission impossible tasks like app development for 5 days including development, testing and bug fixing. The deadlines are so tight, to the point that you have to work on weekends. You will also be asked to go to the office early in the morning after you worked overnight. Honestly, I don't think the bosses care about their employees. They just care about the deliverables of the projects. I've also experienced working 4 days straight without going home, not once but many times. And they will compensate you with some boxes of Pizza.
I suggest that they hire a CTO to implement the real work flow from the real IT world.
