    I am able to enhance and develop my skills and knowledge in Finance, Gen. Accounting, MIS and Administrative tasks.
    The good thingsMy relationship with my team members is a pleasure to me. I was able to develop leaders and contineously trained them to be a good one. Their support and encouragement keeps my passion. The unending support and critics of boss my keeps me going.
    The challengesThe Company has its systems, policies and guidelines. These should be implemented for us employees to be guided. Things become complicated when changes is not be properly coordinated and syncronized to all concerned departments.
