    Working in this company is actually amazing because the company owners are generous and kindhearted.
    The good thingsthey offer us incentives and free beauty products every quarter and the company had a lot of brands to promote so it will be easier to make sales.
    The challengesIt"s just when our opinions and our suggestions are not important to them even if it really help the company to gain more positive results in terms of sales. Especially some managers are not flexible.
