    clinical skills gained
The good thingsWorking as a Clinical Specialist has been a highly rewarding experience. One of the best aspects of this role is the opportunity to bridge the gap between healthcare professionals and advanced medical technologies. I truly enjoyed being able to support clinicians in delivering better patient care through proper training, demonstrations, and technical assistance.
The challengesAnother challenge is managing time and priorities, especially when handling multiple requests such as product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and training sessions. Balancing these responsibilities in a fast-paced setting can be demanding, particularly during urgent clinical situations.

High growth opportunities, with need for process improvement.
The good thingsAs a new employee, I appreciated the opportunity to explore new therapy areas and be exposed to innovative specialtycare areas. It allowed me to grow personally & professionally, while contributing to meaningful advancements to healthcare.
The challengesOne of the challenges I observed immediately was that some processes could still be improved for better efficiency. There were instances where teams work in silos, which affected collaboration and alignment. Additionally, there is an opportunity to strengthen a more genuine culture of care and support for employees.

    Unprofessional HR Manager
The good thingsThe company offers good opportunities to learn and collaborate with supportive colleagues. It’s a place where employees can gain valuable experience and develop their skills.
The challengesOne area for improvement is professionalism in handling employee exits. There were instances where the HR Manager spoke negatively about employees who resigned, even across different teams. Promoting a culture of respect and professionalism when employees move on would help create a healthier work environment.

Achieving a good work-life balance is indeed important, and having a pleasant ambiance is an added bonus. However, it is crucial to remain flexible and be a fast learner. Once your tasks are endorsed, you'll need to understand and adapt to them independently. While training will be provided initially, it's essential to take ownership of the learning process and quickly adjust to the requirements of the role.
The good thingsAchieving a good work life balance
The challengesIt’s important to explore and understand the tasks on your own. After receiving initial training on what needs to be done, you will need to take the initiative and learn how to complete your tasks independently.
