    The perfect opportunity to grow
    The good thingsThere is zero toxicity inside IDEMIA. Everyone is nice. You have a lot of things to learn and experience. Compensation is good. Willing to hire for your good character.
    The challengesThe commute going to office is challenging as we are required to go to office twice a week.

    Newbie feels at IDEMIA
    The good thingsI recently got hired so I have yet to establish connections with people but my co workers are welcoming, they even gave us souvenirs fr their recent conference. The HR made my interviews and on-boarding easier, a huge appreciation to Mr. Jake Marvin San Juan and Ms. Julie Ann Manuel for timely assisting me. Salary and benefits are also great esp. if you have relevant experiences. The set up is also an advantage.
    The challengesSo far, none. The managers are considerate and they are trying to make turn over process easier. I probably needed some time to observe company's culture.

    The good thingsThe perks and the salary are good. Very much near convenient stores. Some activities could prepare you to learn new things.
    The challengesStressful, very fast paced. Cannot fully apply IT skills because they are dictated by main IT. Some co-workers can encourage you, some will pull you down.

    Great Company but with challenges
    The good thingsNice working environment competetive salary good projects Interesting technology one of the leaders in the smart card industry Innovative flexible overall pretty good company good work life balance pretty average benefits and perks
    The challengesThere have been layoffs not so nice office space management needs to improve and listen to their employees not trying to be number 1 job security is mediocre growth seems stagnant currently in need to impress investors hence the layoffs
