    The challengesInefficient and unprofessional departmental employees which delays project completion. Indecisive management. Office gossip is very much evident. Heavy workload and longer working hours, even on a weekend.

    The challengesI think the only thing is that sometimes I felt the pressure due to workloads. But I handled it by thinking that it is a wonderful experience. and indeed, it is a great experience.
