    The good thingsCompany Benefits and Profits are shared with its employees. Culture of Open Feedback is practiced. Company is open to suggestions for improvement regardless of your position.
    The challengesSlow but steady build up of career and salary. Monthly quota and the quota increases monthly/quarterly.
