    Need more development and system.
    The good thingsFlexi time for managers and supervisor
    The challengesThere's no standard process and procedure with the compaby policy. everyhting depends on the approval of upper management. No matter what your time line is, you cannot finish certain project on time due to awaiting approval of some projects. Everyone is not following the timeline, you have to adjust to their system.
