    The good thingsEveryone has a pleasing personality. They showed me the value of teaching. They made me believe that teaching is a work of heart.
    The challengesSalary is not good enough if you have a family to feed but for me it quite good.

    The good thingsThe flexible time. The management also gives training every week for us to improve our skills.
    The challengesThe hourly rate is too low. Gives a lot of loads and OT.

    The good thingsThe employer is very approachable and is willing to listen to the employees' needs. The working environment is great. There are regular trainings that enriches the employees' knowledge on the critical areas of the job, as well as advanced lessons that would help enhance one's proficiency in the English language.
    The challengesDealing with the clients can be challenging. It takes patience to be able to cope with some of their demands. The work schedule can be tricky for someone who is used to regular working hours.

    The salary is competitive, and my co-workers were friendly.
    The good thingsThe employer is very approachable. The other employees are amiable as well. The working hours are practicable, and the work load is doable. The salary is sufficient, and the location is ideal for people looking for a job near Fairview or Commonwealth.
    The challengesThere would be times where work is slow. If teaching is not your passion, this job might come as a challenge for you. Not ideal for people who cannot handle children.
