Ideal only if you want to learn but definitely no work-life balance!
The good thingsWith HMO, company-sponsored activities (team building, christmas party) Opportunity to learn as you do multi-tasking
The challengesNo Work-Life Balance, regardless of designation High manpower turn-over leading work overload 6-day workweek, with 1 day WFH no me-time, no family time (specially if your from Bulacan, or outside NCR)

    Mediocre experience.
The good thingsThe office and the people I directly work with (rank and file)
The challengesPoor management, minimal increase, employees wear multiple hats without additional pay. The company is reactive instead of proactive. The company does not remove employees with questionable integrity (e.g., inappropriate teachers).

good but would not recommend to applicants looking for a long time career.
The good thingsPeople are friendly. I also like that it has a conservative and creative culture.
The challengesLittle to no clear path for career advancement. Management should consider implementing structured growth plans to retain and develop talents effectively.

The best so far! I have absorbed overflowing game-changing experience!
The good thingsThe team, the HR department is really accommodating. There are lots of employee benefits, and the school is really awesome! You could see that they prioritize the welfare and convenience of their clients (student and parents).

The good thingsYou will learn a lot and discover new things and exciting lessons
The challengesThey will not give notice whether you are regular or not and when will be your last day. They will just call you and show your evalution. After that, you will sign and surrender your ID. Signing the end of contract is your last day. No more extension.

The good thingsThe other kind employees
The challengesThe employees and the managers. They treat you depends on your rank and like a robot. No work life balance.

A Non-traditional School with Traditional Mindset
The good thingsIt's a pretty cool environment with enthusiastic, creative, and fun people, but to some extent the management, pay, and benefits could have been better. There is a compressed work week for those who want to preserve their weekends to recharge and refuel. The offices are clean and well-maintained.
The challengesThe company could improve on really finding its identity and veer away from being a wannabe school, unlike its competitors. Pay your employees well, especially when they get promoted and/or assigned new roles for the team and for the company.
